About the Role

We are looking for a Client Service Officer / Administration assistant to join our team on a part time 12 month fixed term contract, covering a period of parental leave. 2 - 3 days per week. Monday is a required day; remaining day(s) negotiable with the successful candidate based on business needs.

You'll work directly with the two principal financial advisers and our clients, receive hands on training and have the opportunity to build valuable financial planning skills in a supportive environment.

As a small business, we offer a varied role suited to someone taking their first steps into the financial services industry, or someone looking to re-enter the industry who values flexibility and a welcoming, team-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities

- Database management and generating client reports through Class.

- Annual Ongoing Fee Arrangement client consent.

- Strategy implementation including direct equities and Self Managed Super Fund's.

- Preparation of documents for client review meetings.





- Liaising with SMSF administrators, investment platforms and other external providers.

We are a boutique, established financial planning practice focused on providing personalised advice and building long-term relationships with our clients. We offer advice across superannuation including SMSF’s, insurance, wealth creation and retirement planning.

About You

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new technologies and processes.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

- Previous experience using Class software desirable.
