Crewe Sharp is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Regional Victoria team on a 6-month part-time contract based in Bendigo.

This role offers the security of 20 guaranteed hours per week, with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts and increase your hours as desired.

About the Role

As a Part-Time Contract RN, you will provide high-quality clinical care across a variety of Residential Aged Care Facilities throughout the Bendigo region, with opportunities to undertake hospital-based shifts where available. You will play a vital role in delivering safe, person-centred care while benefiting from the flexibility, support, and career opportunities that Crewe Sharp is known for.

This position is ideal for an experienced nurse seeking the stability of guaranteed hours combined with the flexibility to increase their workload and broaden their clinical experience across multiple healthcare settings.

Requirements

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

- Minimum 12 months' nursing experience

- Previous aged care experience, including experience working as the Nurse in Charge

- Hospital experience is highly regarded

- Robust clinical assessment and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities

- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Full Australian working rights

- Availability to work AM and PM shifts, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accept short-notice shifts, including same-morning requests

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

- Ability to travel to facilities throughout and around the Bendigo region
