Priority Host (Part-Time)

We are seeking a Priority Host to join our Loyalty team at Parra Leagues Club, and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys customer engagement, event hosting, and relationship management.

About the Role

As a Priority Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to members across multiple touchpoints while fostering strong relationships with VIP patrons. You will coordinate VIP experiences, host events and promotions, and work collaboratively across departments to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with members.
- Resolve complex customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage VIP Concierge requests and experiences via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Host VIP functions, member events, promotions, and game day activities.
- Promote responsible gambling practices and support harm minimisation initiatives.

You will bring:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, customer service, loyalty, or member services.
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach to customer service supported by strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence hosting events and engaging with a diverse customer base.
- Sound knowledge of relevant compliance requirements, including Liquor & Gaming regulations and privacy obligations.
