TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST | PERTH CBD | $38 PER HOUR + SUPER

We are currently seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to join a well-established corporate organisation based in the Perth CBD.

This is an urgent temporary requirement for someone who is immediately available and looking to secure consistent work within a professional corporate environment.

As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, visitors and staff. You'll be joining a friendly and skilled team and will be well supported in the role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Managing a reception area and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing general enquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate team members
- Coordinating meeting rooms and assisting with meeting room bookings
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Providing general administration and office support as required
- Assisting with maintaining a professional and organised front-of-house environment




- Supporting the wider office team with ad hoc administrative tasks

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable and enjoys being the face of a professional organisation.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, administration, hospitality or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polished and professional presentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to confidently manage multiple tasks and competing priorities A friendly and proactive approach
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

- Perth CBD
- $38 per hour + superannuation
- Temporary position | Duration: Ongoing
- Regular office hours
- Fully office based, Monday to Friday
- Immediate start / urgent requirement
- Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply
