An exciting opportunity for a Part Time Medical Receptionist is now available in our busy medical clinic in Moonee Ponds, operating Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

We are seeking experienced medical receptionist to join our friendly team.

Availability - Monday to Friday

Immediate start preferred.

We hope for flexibility for sick cover / holiday leave where available.

Main Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Providing professional and courteous customer service in person and over the phone to patients and health professionals.

Answering phones, scheduling appointments, scanning, faxing and emailing of documentation.

Efficient management of all patient data, clinical files and correspondence.

Providing & liaising ongoing support to GP, allied health professionals,



staff & visitors in a courteous and effective manner.

Essential requirements for our ideal candidate:

Competency in use of computers and software applications such as Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office suite

Previous Medical Reception experience

Experience working with Medical Director and Pracsoft but not limited to

Ability to work in a busy and ever-changing environment.

Ability to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Demonstrating initiative and willingness to learn

Desirable, but not essential:

Greek Background

Full training for the role will be provided to the successful applicant.
