About the Role:

We are seeking passionate Mental Health Support Workers to provide person-centered care to clients experiencing severe mental health challenges, dual diagnoses, trauma backgrounds, and complex behaviours. You will work in a supportive team to deliver high-quality care, promoting recovery, independence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored support to clients with complex mental health conditions
- Implement and follow individualized care plans
- Support clients in daily living activities, community engagement, and therapeutic programs
- Manage challenging behaviours using trauma-informed and person-centered approaches




- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum qualification, Cert IV in Mental Health / Disability support / Community Services
- Experience working with clients with complex mental health needs
- Robust understanding of trauma-informed care and behavioural management strategies
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Driver’s license and reliable transport with comprehensive insurance
