Clinical Coordinator – Sterilisation & Reception (Casual)

Gibson Dentistry is seeking a reliable, organised and friendly Clinical Coordinator to join our Kay Street team on a casual basis.

This is a varied role with a strong focus on sterilisation and infection control. You will also assist our clinical and reception teams and help keep the practice running smoothly.

This is a varied role with a strong focus on sterilisation and infection control. You will also assist our clinical and reception teams and help keep the practice running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- Managing sterilisation processes and maintaining strict infection-control standards

- Cleaning, preparing and organising instruments and treatment rooms

- Assisting clinicians when required

- Providing reception support, including greeting patients and answering phones

- Ordering and monitoring clinical and general supplies





- Completing general cleaning duties

- Coordinating routine equipment and practice maintenance

- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day practice operations

About you

You will be:

- Reliable, punctual and well organised

- Friendly and qualified with patients and colleagues

- Proactive and willing to help wherever needed

- Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

- Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Previous dental experience and knowledge of sterilisation procedures would be highly regarded.
