THE ROLE

We're looking for a Production Operator to join our team immediately. Operating a drop saw and upcut saw to cut steel and aluminium components to specification, working from job sheets and contributing to a production team that keeps quality front and centre every day.

This is a physically active role. You'll be on your feet, working with your hands, and handling materials throughout the day. No previous experience is required. We'll train the right person from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Operating a drop saw to cut steel tube and an upcut aluminum saw cutting extrusions to specification




- Reading and following job sheets and delivery dockets accurately
- Handling and receiving incoming stock and materials
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Working closely with the assembly team to keep production flowing
- Flagging quality issues when you see them

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Someone who shows up and works for the team every day
- Physically capable and comfortable in a hands-on factory environment
- Good attention to detail. Accuracy on the saw matters.
- A team player who communicates and asks when they're not sure
- Comfortable reading worksheets and following precise measurements
- Experience with machinery or a trade background is a bonus but not essential
