Exciting opportunity for a Chiropractic Assistant (Receptionist) to join the team at Total Lifestyle Chiropractic. We have 3 practices, Highett, Cranbourne & Frankston. This is a casual role, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the clinic.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking system
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Maintaining patient records and completing other administrative duties
- Assisting the chiropractic team with various tasks as required
- Ensuring the reception area and other rooms are clean, organised and well presented
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent patient care
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
- A friendly, professional and reliable approach to teamwork
- An interest in health and wellness
- Availability for shifts between approximately 7:45 am–12:00 pm and 2:30 pm–7:00 pm
- Availability to cover other team members' leave, sometimes at short notice
