About the Role
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be an important part of the patient journey and the first point of contact for many of our families.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming children and families to the practice
- Answering and managing telephone enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Responding to emails and patient enquiries
- Processing payments and private health insurance claims
- Managing patient recalls and follow-up
- Updating patient records accurately
- Liaising with specialists, dentists, oral health therapists and dental assistants
- Supporting the smooth running of the reception area
- Assisting with administrative tasks and general practice duties
- Providing a high level of customer service to every family who attends our practice
