Tennis Auckland is the regional governing body for tennis across Central, West, East, and South Auckland. With 51 affiliated clubs, over 12,000 affiliated club members and 4 public tennis facilities, we are committed to growing and enhancing tennis experiences throughout the region.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Competitive Tennis Administrator to lead the administration and operational delivery of our competitions. This role is responsible for coordinating interclub competitions, supporting competitive tennis events, managing competition systems, and building strong relationships with clubs and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and deliver successful tennis competitions and events.
- Manage interclub operations, including rules, results, disputes, and stakeholder communications.
- Support tournaments, leagues, and other competitive tennis initiatives.
- Maintain competition management systems and online entry platforms.
- Develop strong relationships with clubs, players, and tennis stakeholders.




- Prepare participation and growth reports for competitions.

About You

- 3 to 5 years' experience in sports or competition administration.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online management systems.
- A proactive team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for tennis or the sports industry.
- Full driver's licence and legal right to work in New Zealand.
