Located just 25km west of Melbourne’s CBD within the purpose-built Sanctuary Lakes estate in Point Cook, the Club is continuing to grow and is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our hospitality team.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team while delivering exceptional service across bar, restaurant, and function operations. The successful candidate will support the management team in supervising service periods, coordinating staff, and ensuring a high standard of guest experience for members, guests, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities
Supervising food and beverage service across bar, restaurant, and functions
Leading and supporting FOH staff during service periods
Ensuring a high standard of customer service for members and guests
Assisting with function enquiries and event service delivery
Maintaining presentation standards across all service areas
Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with daily operations and team coordination
The Successful Applicant Will Have
Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
3+ years’ hospitality experience, with supervisory experience preferred
Rostering experience and the ability to coordinate team schedules
Strong leadership and communication skills
A proactive approach to service and problem solving
Excellent presentation and confidence engaging with members and guests
The ability to work effectively within a team environment
A strong work ethic and passion for hospitality
A current Victorian RSA certificate
