Moretto Group is a leading property remediation and insurance restoration company, and we're looking for an organised, detail-oriented Claims Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, approximately 5 hours per day .

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in getting the details right.

About the Role

- Triaging new claims and setting them up accurately across our internal platforms
- Liaising with customers and clients, providing timely updates throughout the claims process
- Scheduling technicians for the following day's jobs, ensuring efficient allocation of work
- Reviewing completed reports for accuracy, correcting typos and formatting issues before they go out

About You





- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written communication
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting daily deadlines
- Confident on the phone and via email, with excellent customer service skills
- Prior experience in claims, insurance, administration, or a similar coordination role is highly regarded (but not essential)
- Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems and software
