CASUAL EVENTS SERVICES SUPERVISOR

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Love events and working with people?

Join our Event Services team and help bring conferences, exhibitions, and live events to life. You'll deliver exceptional customer service and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

- Be the main contact for clients during events, answering questions and helping with requests to ensure events run smoothly.
- Monitor operational activities, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Communicate and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth event operations
- Record event details, updates, and post event notes in the Event Management System
- Help create a positive experience for clients and guests by providing friendly and professional customer service

You’re a people person who enjoys making things happen.

You will:

- Communicate confidently with clients and colleagues
- Have an understanding of events and food & beverage operations
- Work varied hours during weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of clients. Rostered hours are based on event requirements and will vary weekly
- Have a strong willingness to learn
- Thrive in a team workplace and love contributing to team success
