We are seeking a dedicated, safety-focused operator to join ourParkes based team . In this role, you will work across a diverse portfolio of civil projects, featuring regular travel and site deployment opportunities throughout regional and metropolitan NSW.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in the safe and efficient operation ofStreumaster Spreader Trucks & Wirtgen Stabilisers.

What's Required:

- Mobility: The capability and flexibility to travel and work away from home routinely.
- Safety Alignment: A robust, demonstrated commitment to achieving a 'Zero Harm' workplace.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in road construction,



with a strong emphasis on road rehabilitation and maintenance.
- Tickets & Technical Knowledge: Relevant plant tickets and basic mechanical aptitude.
- Technology & Reporting Skills: Proficiency with digital reporting apps is essential. Operators must be comfortable completing electronic records and site reports. Spreader Operators require sound IT skills and basic maths ability to calculate and record application rates.

To ensure the safety of our operations, appointment to this position is subject to passing a pre-employment medical and fitness evaluation. All personnel must also adhere to our company drug and alcohol policy, which includes routine testing throughout the duration of employment.
