About the role

Step into a role where you’re at the heart of the store, shaping the customer experience and supporting team success every day. As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll partner closely with the leadership team to bring our store to life - making sure it’s protected, well-stocked and ready for customers. This is a full time role and you need to have flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts across the 7 days of the weekisrequiredso that we can provide the best experience to ourcustomers.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $31.93 per hour for this role.

What’s involved





This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll contribute across all parts of store operations. You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience
- Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required
- Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service
- Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment
- Drive a robust safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing
- Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty
- Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes
- Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job

About You

You’re motivated by delivering a great experience for customers, and you take pride in creating a store environment that’s organised, safe and ready for anything.
