About the Role
This varied position sits at the front of our Carrum Downs office, playing a key role as the first point of contact for our clients while providing administrative support across the business. You'll bring a professional, welcoming manner and a can-do attitude to a busy, team-oriented workplace, with genuine exposure to Property Management, Sales and Leasing, and Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients and answering phones with a professional, friendly manner
- General administration and marketing duties
- Managing daily mail and correspondence
- Ordering and maintaining stationery
- Archiving files and maintaining registers
- Providing admin support for overflow tasks across Property Management, Sales and Leasing
- Supporting the Accounts team with general administrative tasks as required
What You Bring
- Excellent phone manner and personal presentation
- Computer savvy with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Efficient, reliable and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and a genuine can-do attitude
- Some customer service experience preferred but not essential
- A current driver's licence and your own car
