We’re passionate about creating a fun and supportive environment where children can build confidence in the water and learn a skill for life . We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, brings outstanding energy to their lessons and takes pride in helping every swimmer progress.

About the Role

As a Learn to Swim Teacher, you’ll deliver fun, engaging swimming lessons while helping children develop their water safety, confidence and swimming skills. You’ll be part of a supportive team focused on creating a positive experience for every child and family who comes through our doors.

- Reliable and enjoy working as part of a team
- Confident communicating with children and parents
- Enthusiastic about helping children learn, progress and build confidence
- Available to work Saturdays

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants will need to hold, or be willing and eligible to obtain:

- A recognised Learn to Swim teaching qualification , such as AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia or Royal Life Saving
- A current CPR certificate
- A valid NSW Working With Children Check

Already qualified and experienced? We’d love to hear from you. Not qualified yet? If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we also encourage you to apply and obtain the required qualifications.

Hours & Employment

Casual and part-time positions are available for the right candidates.

Hours can be flexible depending on your availability, ranging from as little as one regular shift per week through to multiple shifts per week .
