We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team across Melbourne metropolitan areas. Multiple positions are available across a range of commercial sites, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced cleaners who take pride in delivering high-quality results.

You will be provided with a company vehicle, cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies, allowing you to work efficiently across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general commercial cleaning across multiple client sites

- Complete internal and external window cleaning

- Carry out carpet and upholstery steam cleaning

- Operate pressure washers and high-pressure jet cleaning equipment

- Complete floor care including mopping, scrubbing and detailed cleaning

- Remove waste and maintain clean and presentable sites

- Safely use cleaning chemicals, equipment and machinery

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures





- Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness

- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks

- Travel between multiple commercial sites across Melbourne

- Follow cleaning schedules, site procedures and client requirements

- Report maintenance, safety or site issues when identified

- Work independently while maintaining required cleaning standards

- Provide support to the wider cleaning team when required

Location: Melbourne VIC | Multiple commercial sites
Days: Monday to Friday
Start Time: 4:00 PM
Weekend Work: Additional shifts may be available

Requirements

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning

- Strong attention to detail

- Reliable and punctual work ethic

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions

- Valuable time management and organisational skills

- Ability to travel between multiple commercial sites

- Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and equipment

- Full, valid Australian driver's licence

- Confidence driving a company van

- Full working rights in Australia

Desirable Experience

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

- Commercial or industrial cleaning

- Internal and external window cleaning

- Carpet and upholstery steam cleaning

- Pressure washing and high-pressure jet cleaning

- Floor scrubbing and machine operation

- Specialised cleaning services
