is a local dealership and workshop specialising in motorcycles, mowers and small engine equipment, providing sales, servicing, repairs and maintenance to customers across the region.

We’re looking for a reliable Retail Sales Representative to support our workshop operations in Warrnambool .

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Prepare quotes and process sales accurately
- Maintain product knowledge across motorcycles, mowers and outdoor power equipment
- Maintain showroom presentation and assist with stock replenishment
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up sales leads




- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Work closely with the parts and workshop teams
- Follow workplace health, safety and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and professional
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in motorcycles, machinery or outdoor power equipment
