We are looking for a Junior Grower to join our production team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone who enjoys working with plants and wants to learn the skills required to build a career in horticulture.

No previous experience is required — we are looking for someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn and work as part of a team.

In this role you will:

- Assist with daily plant care and crop maintenance
- Monitor plant health and growing conditions
- Help with watering, fertilising and general plant care




- Assist with pest and disease monitoring
- Learn nursery growing and production techniques
- Maintain clean and organised growing areas

We are looking for someone who:

- Has an interest in plants and horticulture
- Enjoys hands-on, physical work
- Is reliable, motivated and willing to learn
- Works well in a team environment
