About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FEMALE Support Worker to support a female client in Bacchus Marsh for Community Access and Respite services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide one-on-one support to participants in the community.
- Assistance with public transport access
- Assistance with meal preparation
- Assist with daily living skills and goal-focused activities.
- Foster independence, inclusion, and confidence.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and uphold participant confidentiality.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Valid Driver’s Licence + access to a reliable vehicle
- Previous disability/community support experience
