Chosen Family is seeking a reliable, patient and engaging male Disability Support Worker to support a 32-year-old male participant with ASD in Ingleburn, NSW. The role focuses on consistent, person-centred support, explicit communication, and building a trusting rapport to empower independence.
Initial commitment is one regular shift per week (Wednesday 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, 4 hours). Additional shifts may be available as a strong working relationship grows.
