About The Role

We’re looking for experienced Soil and Concrete Technicians to join our Kingston team. This is a hands‑on role working across both construction sites and the laboratory, testing soil and concrete materials that support major construction and infrastructure projects. You’ll suit this role if you have some CMT experience, enjoy practical work, and can confidently work both independently and as part of a team. We’re looking for reliable technicians who take pride in accurate testing, clear records, and delivering strong service to our construction clients.

Your Day‑to‑Day

- Testing soils and concrete in the lab and out in the field
- Completing site-based testing across construction projects
- Preparing clear, accurate records and reports
- Managing daily testing requirements and client expectations
- Completing physical tasks in the laboratory and on-site
- Providing great service to our construction clients

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Previous soil and concrete testing experience and working experience with Australian Standards
- Strong understanding of field and/or laboratory testing requirements
- A good team attitude, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
- Current driver's licence and unrestricted Australian working rights
- Nuclear Density Meter licence highly regarded
- Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques highly regarded
