The Iconic Roger Roger Deli in Caroline Springs is hiring an amazing experienced Barista!!

Do you have a passion for coffee and all things food and you meet the below requirements? Then this job is for you!!!!

Required Experience:

- Minimum 6 months in a Barista role
- Excellent Customer Service & a positive attitude (is a MUST)
- Can work well in a team and work with other baristas on the machine.
- Have Hospitality experience and be able to serve customers and be able to do other jobs in the shop if needed. (eg, serving, making sandwiches, help open/ closing shop)
- Take direction well
- Punctual & Reliable
- Well presented & professional

Role Responsibilities:

- 1. Role will primarily be for a Barista, cleaning cofffee machine, have excellent knowledge of it and learn recent techniques and learn different drinks (eg, Matcha, juices, Mont Blanc)
- 2. Will also be expected to be able to serve customers and may be required to help doing other roles such as sandwich chef, serving customers, setting up shop etc...
