Regal is looking for hands‑on Maintenance Team Members to support all aspects of planting and grounds maintenance across multiple sites. The expected wage for this role is $27.00-$38.00 per hour plus superannuation .

In this role, you will be a key team player, contributing to the success of our maintenance projects through the best horticultural practices, safety protocols and effective use of landscaping equipment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for:

- Carrying out landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and general garden upkeep.
- Following safety protocols and contribute to the safe execution of all tasks.
- Assisting in diagnosing and treating plant deficiencies, pest issues, and diseases.
- Operating hand tools and machinery for various maintenance activities.
- Helping to manage irrigation systems, including basic programming and maintenance.
- Maintaining accurate records of tasks and report on work progress as required.

Skills & Experience





- Qualifications in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture (desirable)
- A current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card.
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related role, with a passion for horticulture.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Follows instructions and able to work independently when required.
- Committed to safe work practices and environment improvement.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in rapid-paced environments.
- Friendly, approachable, and motivated to contribute to a productive workplace.
