Insurance Administrator - Contract - $35 per hour + Super

Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

Are you an experiencedinsurance administrator with exposure togroup insurance inside superannuation ? This is a great prospect to join a busy, supportive team where you’ll manage policy and claims processes end-to-end, liaise with key stakeholders (insurers, trustees and internal teams), and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

- Process insuranceapplications, alterations and cancellations acrossDeath, TPD and Income Protection cover.
- Coordinate underwriting requirements, includingmedical evidence requests and follow-ups with insurers.
- Manageend-to-end claims processing , including assessment support, documentation collation, and payment coordination.
- Liaise withinsurers, trustees and external stakeholders to resolve complex cases efficiently and professionally.
- Calculate and reconcileinsurance premiums within member accounts.




- Maintain accurate insurance records across administration systems.
- Ensure work is completed in line withsuperannuation legislation , trust deeds and policy terms.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & experience

- Experience insuperannuation, insurance, or financial services administration .
- Understanding ofgroup insurance within super (highly regarded).
- High attention to detail and proven ability to managesensitive/confidential information .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Familiarity with administration platforms (e.g.Acurity, SuperB , or similar).
