Nudgee Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic Chef/Cook to join our friendly clubhouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stable hours, daytime shifts, and a positive working environment —with minimal nights and a strong work–life balance.

- Permanent part-time position with a minimum of 32 hours per week
- Mostly morning and lunch shifts , usually finishing around 3pm
- Minimal night work

Your Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook our daily menu for members and guests
- Create fresh sandwiches, rolls, and wraps daily
- Cater for seminars, functions, and corporate golf days
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are always met
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to deliver great service

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a hospitality environment
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to food safety
- A team player who performs well in a busy service environment
- Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to members’ needs




- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
