Kresta Blinds has been a trusted name in the Australian window furnishings industry for over 54 years , providing quality blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings to customers across Australia.

We are looking for motivated and confident Sales Representatives to join our Melbourne team on a contract, commission-only basis.

There is no cold calling required . Customer leads and appointments will be provided, allowing you to focus on meeting customers, understanding their needs and closing sales.

About the role

You will attend pre-arranged appointments at customers' homes, understand what they are looking for and recommend the right window furnishing solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting in-home sales consultations




- Measuring windows and providing quotes
- Recommending suitable blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings
- Closing sales and processing customer orders
- Following up quotes and existing opportunities
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Managing your appointments and sales pipeline

What we are looking for

- Previous sales experience
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in face-to-face sales
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and results focused
- Organised and able to work independently
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Previous experience in blinds, curtains, shutters, awnings or the home improvement industry would be an advantage, however it is not essential as training will be provided .

Role Type: Independent Contractor

Remuneration: Commission Only

Earning Potential: $120K to $150K+ with uncapped commission
