We’re looking for a Group FP&A; Manager who wants to build the future of FP&A; — not just run the cycle.

You’ll lead the evolution of our Group FP&A; capability: simplifying and standardising how we plan and report, strengthening forecasting and scenario modelling, automating repeatable work, and creating a more consistent, driver-based approach to performance management.

Over the next 12–18 months,



you’ll have the prospect to make a visible and lasting impact — lifting FP&A; maturity, improving the quality and speed of insight, and building the processes, tools and capability that enable better decisions across the business.

A key part of the role will be helping us rethink how FP&A; works. You’ll explore how trusted data, digital tools, automation and AI can improve forecasting, analysis and reporting — reducing manual effort and creating more capacity for forward-looking insight, commercial challenge and decision support.

What will you do?

As our Group FP&A; Manager, you’ll own the Group’s planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management cadence, turning financial outcomes into clear insights, risks, opportunities and actions for our Executive team.

Your key priorities will include:

- Building a consistent FP&A; operating model
Standardise planning, forecasting, reporting, metrics, allocation methodologies, data hierarchies and performance measures across the Group.
