The Role

We are seeking a Station Business Manager to support the financial, commercial and administrative functions at our Melbourne location. Working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, you will help ensure effective financial management, accurate reporting, strong administrative processes and sustainable business performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:

- Monitor station revenue, costs, profitability and overall financial performance
- Identify revenue leakage, cost-saving opportunities and productivity improvements
- Ensure accurate revenue capture, invoicing and reconciliation of labour, equipment, materials and services
- Coordinate payroll, timesheets, leave and workforce planning
- Monitor overtime, casual labour,



attendance and additional-hours costs
- Support budgeting, forecasting, recruitment and workforce planning
- Coordinate training, recurrency, qualifications and workforce capability records
- Maintain accurate operational, financial and administrative records and systems
- Oversee inventory, stores, GSE, tooling and associated records
- Support customer commercial reviews, pricing queries, quotes and revenue opportunities
- Coordinate Head Office requirements and ensure station actions are completed
- Prepare reports and business cases to support equipment, workforce and capability investment
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, HR, Payroll and Training teams
- Develop efficient processes and systems to improve station performance and reduce reliance on key individuals

About You

- Experience in business administration, finance, operations or a similar role
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with workforce planning, or timesheet processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
