We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People & Culture team and recruit across a diverse portfolio of clinical, operational and corporate positions. This is an opportunity to apply your healthcare or specialist recruitment expertise while helping us continue to improve and mature our recruitment practices.

About the Role

This hands-on role combines recruitment delivery across clinical, operational and specialist workforce portfolios suiting someone who understands clinical, medical and allied health talent markets. You'll develop innovative attraction plans, use market insights to inform sourcing activity, and support hiring managers to make timely, informed decisions. You'll build sustainable pipelines for hard to fill rural & regional roles. You'll also support consistency, compliance and quality across recruitment activities.

You'll play a key role in elevating the recruitment experience, from shaping briefs to improving candidate journeys and leader confidence, with support to refine market approaches, strengthen EVP, and simplify processes.

What You'll Bring

You'll bring strong recruitment experience and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can have a genuine impact on hiring outcomes.

We're looking for someone with:

- Experience recruiting healthcare, clinical, medical, allied health or other specialist talent.
- Demonstrated success managing complex or difficult-to-fill recruitment assignments.
- Strong sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with leaders and providing practical recruitment advice.
- Resilience,



curiosity and a drive to make things happen
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience using contemporary recruitment systems and tools.
