Yo-Chi has officially arrived in the Northern Territory!

Our very first NT venue is now open at Casuarina Square, and we’re looking for an incredible Venue General Manager to lead the team and make it a huge success.

About The Role

As Venue General Manager of our Casuarina Square venue, you’ll be at the heart of Yo-Chi’s first ever NT location. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the venue, lead and develop your team, build strong connections within the local community, and set the standard for what Yo-Chi looks like in the Northern Territory.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead and inspire the Casuarina Square team to deliver high energy, exceptional service
- Take ownership of all venue operations, including rostering, stock management, cash handling and compliance
- Maintain product quality, food safety standards and operational excellence
- Coach, mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential




- Drive performance by managing KPIs, costs and overall business growth
- Build a strong team culture and create a positive environment where people love coming to work
- Ensure the venue looks sharp, runs safely and delivers an amazing guest experience
- Build relationships within the local community and help establish Yo-Chi as a favourite in the NT

What we’re looking for:

- Proven leadership experience managing hospitality, retail or QSR venues
- Strong operational expertise across rosters, stock and performance metrics
- Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday roster
- A people first leadership style with a genuine focus on developing your team
- Someone who is calm under pressure, resilient and solutions-focused
- A leader who takes ownership, brings great energy and loves creating positive experiences for both customers and their team
