We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team and oversee a commercial construction project in a fast-paced, production-focused workplace.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who can confidently manage day-to-day construction operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, maintain production schedules and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate a commercial construction project from commencement through to completion
- Supervise trades, subcontractors and site personnel
- Maintain project schedules, productivity and quality standards
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and site activities
- Ensure OH&S; requirements and site safety procedures are followed
- Identify and resolve construction issues efficiently
- Liaise with the clients, contractors, suppliers and project management
- Monitor progress and ensure works remain on schedule
- Maintain a strong production focus while achieving quality outcomes

About You





The successful applicant will have:

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Manager or similar
- Strong experience in commercial construction
- Experience managing projects of this size in a production environment
- Excellent understanding of construction processes and site operations
- Strong OH&S; knowledge and competency
- Ability to lead and coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- A practical, hands-on approach with a solid focus on safety, quality and productivity
