The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a well-established national provider of electrical, communications and technology solutions, delivering projects across commercial, defence, government and critical infrastructure environments.

As a Junior Electrical Project Manager , you will work closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager, supporting the delivery and coordination of electrical and communications projects.

This role is designed for someone who has built a solid foundation in electrical project delivery and is now ready to take the next step. You will initially support a Senior PM across project coordination, documentation, procurement, subcontractor management and site delivery,



with the opportunity to progressively take ownership of your own projects and transition into a fully fledged Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Senior Project Manager with the planning, coordination and delivery of electrical and communications projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and other project stakeholders
- Assist with project schedules, budgets, procurement, variations and project documentation
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and commercial outcomes
- Gradually take ownership of individual project packages and smaller projects through to full project management responsibility

Key Requirements

- Electrical trade qualification, engineering qualification or relevant electrical project experience
- Previous experience in an electrical contracting, construction or project delivery environment
- Solid understanding of electrical construction processes, project coordination and site delivery
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ambition to develop into a Project Manager and take on increasing responsibility
