About the Role

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, this position isresponsible for coordinating the QA/QC section of the manufacturingDepartment. This includes reviewing and monitoring the qualityprocesses and procedures to ensure applicable quality requirementsare implemented and maintained. Also to assist the QA/QCCoordinator with document preparation and reviews as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and implementation of associated QA/QC aspectsof the RCR Management system including, but not limited toITPs, Quality Plans & MDRs.
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of the RCR QualitySystem, project specifications, standards and procedures alwaysthrough physical inspections and/or review of output orcompletions documentation.
- Highlight and resolve QC and technical issues within themanufacturing and stores business units.
- Completion, reviews and maintenance of RCR’s ITPs, MDRs,Work Packs, Traceability Registers and associated qualitydocumentation throughout the manufacturing business units.
- Carry out and monitor the progressive compilation ofmanufacturing workshop MDRs and review the same forcompleteness and accuracy.
- Issue Inspection release certificates as and where requiredwhen satisfied that all quality requirements have beenmet.




- Assessment and inspection of vendors to ensure RCR MiningTechnologies quality requirement adherence.
- Report all Nonconformances back to relevant stake holders,whilst collaborating with the Team to assist in reducingNCR’s
- Active use of RCRs SAI360 system to facilitate correctiveactions to further improve quality outcomes within themanufacturing business units.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Trade qualification or Engineering qualification(essential)
- Welding Supervisor and/or Welding Inspector certification(desirable)
- 5 years’ experience in QA/QC within fabrication, mining, orheavy industry (essential)
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, inspection, and NDTrequirements (desirable)
- Coating Inspector Qualifications are also desirable.
- Experience interpreting and applying relevant AustralianStandards (desirable)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to qualityoutcomes
