Crusoe is seeking a Project Controls Manager to own the cost and schedule integrity of Engineered to Order programs. You will establish baselining standards, cost taxonomies, and a reporting layer that ties production reality to quoted numbers.
You'll be the analytical backbone of the PMO, owning estimate-to-baseline handoffs, cost-to-complete tooling, and the monthly program economics review across multiple sectors. This is a full-time, on-site role in a rapid-paced, energy-forward environment.
