BDM - Construction & Industrial

A fast-paced BDM opportunity with a well-established industrial equipment and services business , specialising in compressed air, power generation and site solutions for construction, infrastructure, mining and industrial customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Drive revenue across Sales, Service and Rental , consistently exceeding business targets.

- Develop new business and key accounts across Construction, Mining, Manufacturing & Food & Beverage .

- Identify and convert rental opportunities through customer engagement and site visits.

- Deliver tailored engineered solutions for breakdowns, shutdowns and critical equipment requirements.

- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM reporting to drive sustainable growth.

- Support the hire coordination, service delivery and branch operations.

About You

- Proven sales experience, ideally within capital equipment, civil construction, industrial, or related sectors

- Experience across capital equipment sales and hire is highly regarded

- Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions

- Solid ownership mindset with accountability for results

- A collaborative team player who enjoys winning together rather than competing internally
