About the Team & Business Line

As a Supervisor within our award-winning Investor Relations team, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional unit registry experience for some of the most sophisticated fund structures in the alternatives industry.

You’ll join a talented team, champion client excellence, and play a pivotal role in one of Citco's most dynamic business lines.

Main Job Functions/Responsibilities:

- Lead with purpose — Supervise daily deliverables, checks, and controls, ensuring your team consistently performs within SLA and to the highest standards
- Be the trusted partner — Serve as a key contact for clients and investors, delivering solution‑oriented responses that build lasting relationships
- Drive operational excellence — Oversee workflow systems, manage email queues,



and ensure qualified, timely communication across all touchpoints
- Develop future talent — Coach, mentor, and empower your team through hands‑on training, helping them grow into confident, high‑performing professionals
- Uphold fund integrity — Ensure all fund rules, representations, and deadlines are met with precision and care
- Communicate proactively — Keep clients and investors aligned through transparent, consistent, and professional engagement

About You:

- 3–5 years of Unit Registry experience — you know the landscape and are ready to lead within it
- Client‑first mindset — you go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding investor and client experience
- Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is non‑negotiable for you
- Strong communicator — fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills
- Tech‑savvy — proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating workflow systems
- Adaptable and accountable — you work independently, follow established procedures, and know when to elevate
