The Goodies invites a Head Sommelier to lead the wine programme at Bessie's & Alma's in Sydney. You will be the custodian of the wine experience, presenting on the floor, building relationships with guests, and shaping a list that reflects the venue's soul.
Reporting to the Venue Manager and Group Sommelier, you will drive supplier relationships, host wine events, and contribute to the group’s commercial success while growing a high-performing wine team.
