VRSR is responsible for the delivery and reform of services to victims of crime and the administration of redress schemes.What you will doAs team leader, you will guide a team supporting people through redress schemes.You will help staff provide safe, consistent and respectful support to participants.You will:provide clear guidance and support to staff who help scheme participantslead accurate records and reports about service deliverycheck that staff follow laws, policies and approved processesidentify issues and develop practical ways to improve servicesbuild positive working relationships and support priorities across the department.About youA tertiary qualification in social services, business or public administration is highly desirable.You should also have:team leadership experience in a complex service system, including staff support and mentoringvictim-centred service experience,
