Are you a seasoned Business Analyst who thrives in solution design, stakeholder engagement, and proposal development rather than traditional Agile delivery?

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a major public sector initiative, working closely with senior business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to shape and define strategic business solutions.

About the Role

This is not a typical Agile delivery BA role focused on sprint management or backlog administration. Instead, you'll be responsible for driving solutioning activities, supporting proposal development, and helping define fit-for-purpose business solutions for a complex enterprise workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Partner closely with solution architects and technical specialists
- Support business cases, proposal development, and solution design activities




- Analyse and document business requirements, current and future state processes
- Provide strategic recommendations and expert business analysis advice
- Contribute to solution narratives, proposal artefacts, and supporting documentation

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise or government environments
- Strong experience in solutioning, proposals, business cases, and pre-delivery initiatives
- Proven ability to work effectively alongside architects and technical teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
- Ability to communicate with authority, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex business environments

Highly Desirable

- Experience working in government or large enterprise environments
- Exposure to bids, proposals, procurement responses, or solution development initiatives
- Understanding of enterprise architecture and business transformation frameworks
