About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, providing evidence-based treatment, and contributing to a positive clinic setting. You will be responsible for assessing, treating, and supporting clients with a range of musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, mobility, and wellbeing needs.





Depending on your experience and interests, there may also be opportunities to work with clients under private health, NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, or other relevant funding pathways.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physiotherapist at Seraphys Physio & Wellness, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Provide hands‑on physiotherapy treatment, exercise prescription, rehabilitation programs, and education.
- Support clients with injury recovery, pain management, mobility improvement, functional capacity, and long‑term wellbeing goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes, reports, and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, families, support coordinators, and referrers where required.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients to support their understanding and engagement in treatment.
- Contribute to a secure, welcoming, and professional clinic environment.
- Participate in ongoing learning, case discussions, and service improvement activities.

About You

We are looking for someone who is clinically capable, reliable, and genuinely cares about client outcomes.

You will ideally have:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Solid clinical reasoning and communication skills.




- A client‑centred and evidence‑based approach to care.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Positive time management and documentation skills.
- A warm, respectful, and professional manner with clients and colleagues.

Desirable, but Not Essential

Experience or interest in any of the following areas would be highly regarded:

- Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Sports injury rehabilitation
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Paediatrics
- Aged care
- NDIS clients
- Chronic pain management
- Women's health
- Hydrotherapy or group exercise programs
- Community‑based physiotherapy

New graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
