Step into a high-volume women's fashion store specialising in stylish plus-size fashion, where you'll have the opportunity to lead from the front, build a strong team and make a real impact on store performance.
This is a hands‑on Store Manager role for someone who loves being on the floor, coaching their team, driving results and creating an amazing customer experience. If you're commercially minded, energetic and passionate about fashion retail, we'd love to hear from you.

THE ROLE

You'll take ownership of the store's day-to-day performance, from people and sales through to operations and visual standards.
You'll be responsible for:

- Lead, motivate and develop the store team
- Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Creating an exceptional and inclusive customer experience
- Coaching your team to build confidence, capability and results
- Managing rostering, stock, merchandising and daily operations
- Keeping the store looking polished, stylish and on-brand




- Leading from the front and getting stuck in when the store gets busy

ABOUT YOU

You're a strong fashion retail leader who knows how to get the best out of a team while keeping commercial results front of mind.
You'll bring:

- Proven Store Management experience in fashion retail — essential
- Experience leading teams in a quick‑paced, high‑volume environment
- A strong understanding of sales, KPIs and commercial performance
- A hands‑on, proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
- A genuine passion for creating an inclusive and welcoming shopping experience
- Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings and weekends
