Originally named Merivale Flats and constructed in 1938, Marlowe’s story began almost a century ago. It’s a place where we imagine Rose Dimmich, one of its original residents, polished ‘the good silver’ before dinner parties. Where the scent of lamb roasts filled the hall on Sundays, and an extra plate was always set for a neighbour.

It goes without saying that you are as service leaders, always looking for ways to ensure your guest has the best experience - the wine, the food and the personal service!

As a leader of others you are steadfast under pressure, a guide when the heat is on and always lifiting your team through any service challenges that may arise.

Our team is made up of hospitality professionals, all good at their craft so your role is to work with and maximise the team you have to lead each and every day.





Our Venue Manager looks after the business financials however you will need a keen eye on wage and cost of goods to ensure profitable services.

Our customers know what good experience looks and feels like, your ability to recognise and deliver the best thay have had, is the drive we want from you.

This is a fulltime role with progression prospect across the friends of friends group. We have many success stories of career progression (our Venue Manager at Marlowe is one such story) and we would love you to be part of this story in time.
