About the Opportunity:

As the Dispenser Service Technician, you will be responsible for the field-based technical service and customer support for dispensing equipment, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation to ensure reliable operation and customer satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Install, assemble, calibrate,maintain, and repair dispensing equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic)

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance to ensureoptimalequipment performance

Diagnose faults and completetimelyrepairs to minimise downtime

Support customers on correct equipment use and basic maintenance

Plan and execute installations efficiently in collaboration with the supervisor

Build strong customer relationships to support contract retention and growth

Provide on-site technical support and resolve equipment/application issues





Respond promptly to service requests (including on-call and occasional travel)

Partner with Sales to support customer needs andidentifyimprovement opportunities.

About You:

As the dedicated Dispenser Service Technician, you will have experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing dispensing equipment. You will take pride in ensuring machinery operates safely, efficiently, and reliably to minimise downtime and support an overall smooth process.

What You Bring:

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude (wiring, plumbing, pneumatics)

Ability to troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve technical issues independently

Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused with ability to manage competing priorities

Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills

Competent in Microsoft Office and service reporting systems

Willingness to travel within Australia.
