About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our client's civil construction team.
This role is suited to an experienced operator who is confident completing final trim works to a high standard and can work efficiently across civil and earthworks projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Final trim and detailed grading
- Road formation and pavement preparation
- Trimming subgrades, bases and batters
- Working accurately to levels and specifications
- Reading site plans and interpreting levels
- Completing daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Working closely with supervisors, engineers and other operators
- Maintaining a solid focus on safety and quality
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator
- Strong final trim and finishing experience
- Experience working on civil construction or earthworks projects
- Experience using GPS/machine control systems
- Current relevant plant/operator tickets
- Construction White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Strong understanding of site safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
Experience operating graders equipped with Trimble, Topcon or similar GPS systems will be highly regarded.
