About the role

As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will work with clients across a range of settings,



including our clinic and within the community.

Your role may include:

- Speech and language assessments
- Communication and language intervention
- Articulation and speech sound therapy
- Social communication support
- Functional communication
- Development of therapy goals and intervention plans
- Report writing and clinical documentation
- Working collaboratively with families, carers, schools and other professionals
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings

You will be supported to progressively develop your caseload and clinical confidence.

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

- A recent Speech Pathology graduate or graduating soon
- Eligible for membership withSpeech Pathology Australia
- Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes
- Eager to learn and develop clinically
- Reliable, compassionate and skilled
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team
- Holds a current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Experience is not required – your attitude, willingness to learn and passion for the profession are what matter most.
