Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the founders, you'll take product from concept through fit to bulk in a fast drop cycle, with real influence over fabrication, trend direction and how the range evolves. What You'll Own

- Owning the creative direction of your categories while keeping cohesion across the wider range
- Designing sketches, specs and tech packs for recent styles, from concept through fit to bulk
- Conducting seasonal trend forecasting and global market research across runway, social and street style
- Sourcing new base cloths, yarns, trims and hardware in line with trend direction




- Collaborating with the garment technician and offshore suppliers throughout the fitting process
- Approving lab dips, fabrics and trims to maintain brand standards
- Analysing sales data to evolve, repeat and update best sellers
- Consolidating fabrics and exploring new mills to lift the range while protecting margin
- Driving creative projects such as sustainability in design, capsules and collaborations

Who Thrives Here

- 3+ years in a fashion or apparel design role, ideally womenswear within e-commerce or vertical retail
- Proven experience owning category design direction end to end
- Strong technical skills across sketching, tech packs and specs, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Solid knowledge of fabrications, trims, lab dips and supplier development
- Commercially sharp, comfortable using sales data, margin targets and price tiering to inform design decisions
- Highly organised across multiple categories in a fast drop cycle, with an obsessive eye for specs, fits and finishes
- Someone who enjoys a fast-moving, founder-led environment where processes are still being built
