We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Officer to join a large transformation programme
This is a hands‑on coordination role where you'll maintain project plans, track actions and deliverables, follow up with workstream leads and help keep the wider programme on track.
What we're looking for:
- 2-5 years' project coordination experience
- Robust organisation, communication and follow-up skills
- Proactive, persistent and confident holding people accountable
- Ability to pick things up quickly and work across multiple workstreams
- A genuine interest in developing towards a future Project Manager role
- Project planning or scheduling experience is beneficial but not essential
Candidates must be based in NSW with full work rights.
